• A cocktail on arrival to kick things off
• Hands on cocktail making where each guest makes 2 cocktails behind our practical bar, guided by our instructors
• Signature cocktail tasting with 2 additional sample cocktails
• Mystery Box Challenge where teams create a cocktail using surprise ingredients
• Light bar snacks served throughout the session
• Non alcoholic options available for your guest who prefers n/a drinks
The cost is €65 per person plus VAT.

We understand that plans can change, so we try to keep our booking terms as flexible and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to read the information below before booking with Dublin Bar Academy.
All course deposits are non refundable, as they secure your place on the course.
If you can’t attend your original course date, no problem at all. Your deposit can be moved to:
• Another date of the same course
• A different course of higher value
If you choose a higher value course, we will simply send you an invoice for the outstanding balance.
All changes are subject to availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate you. Deposits remain valid and can be used for future bookings.
If you have paid the full course fee and need to cancel:
• 70% of the total amount paid will be refunded
• €300 is retained to cover administration and course preparation costs
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and usually take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
If you prefer, instead of a refund you are very welcome to:
• Change your course date
• Swap to another course
Just let us know what works best for you.
For private cocktail workshops and group events:
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking
• The deposit is non refundable
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date
For last minute bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If your plans change, we are happy to look at moving your event to another date, subject to availability.
