Recently completed the 2 Day Cocktail and Mixology Course and it was absolutely an amazing experience! Special thanks to our instructor Gary who was very kind and supportive during the course. I would recommend this for anyone looking to learn more about mixology, more about your alcohol preferences and experience new drink flavours! It's also great as a team building activity as we had a group competition with a prize at the end of the course🎉

I booked the course thinking I would learn to make a few classic cocktails and use bar equipment. However, I came out of that weekend with so much more. My instructor, Gary, was a great teacher who could explain all aspects of the course material in depth while also keeping a fun and interesting learning environment! Everyone on the course was super welcoming and friendly, which made it easy for me to feel comfortable sharing ideas. The space where the course runs has a great atmosphere and is perfect for learning all the practical skills as well as the theory needed to make homemade products and classic / craft cocktails.
