Home Barista Course
This one day home barista course will teach you how to get the most out of your morning brew
From immersion brewers like the French Press and Aeropress to percolated pour overs like v60 and Chemex, this course will teach you the fundamental methods of alternative brewing so you can make delicious coffee at home.

- History of Coffee & Brewing
- Coffee Cupping (Tasting) protocols and sensory practice
- Implementing and perfecting brew recipes
- Brewing Methods for the v60, Aeropress, Moka Pot and Chemex
Ben has been our resident barista trainer for the last 4 years. His career kicked off in Australia back in 2012 where he did a handful of courses with the Australian Barista Academy. Back in Dublin he worked 2 years for Bear Market Coffee in Blackrock and became a trainer for Illy Coffee in 2015.
