Complaint Handling

In the age of social media, a proper complaint handling procedure can provide great, online word of mouth for your business.

Book course

Social Media has given every customer the chance to become a restaurant critic. More often then not a small grievance can escalate into a 200 word one star trip advisor review.

Empower your staff to resole everything from minor to major issues and have that disgruntled guest walk out happy.
